A 13-year-old boy, Noah Campbell, lost his life in a tragic collision in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, on Friday night. Police confirmed the crash involved a car, a bicycle, and a scooter. The family described him as “fun, bright, handsome, and athletic,” emphasizing his talents in sports and his passion for adventure. Beyond structured activities, he enjoyed physical challenges and exploring outdoor spaces.

Charges Against Two Individuals

Following the incident, Jamie Fountain, 24, of Fir Tree Close, Flitwick, faces multiple charges. He is accused of causing death by careless driving and contributing to the accident while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Additionally, he was charged with causing serious injuries to two other boys and with failing to stop or report the collision. Ellie Ireland, 23, of Wingate Drive, Ampthill, has been charged with conspiracy to obstruct the justice process. Both are set to appear in Luton Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Preliminary reports indicate one of the injured teenagers remains hospitalized in critical condition, while the other has been released after treatment. The collision took place on Greenfield Road, where the full extent of the incident is still under investigation.
